The Grosvenor Pulford Hotel and Spa is located in Chester, Cheshire .  The design of this hotel is superb, which is why the hotel  is so popular with weddings. The Grosvenor Pulford hotel can host up to 200 weddings a year. There is so much detail inside the hotel and in the grounds.  As a wedding photographer I am spoilt for choice for backdrops at this hotel.  At the rear end of the hotel is a Oriental garden. This garden features a waterfall, an oriental pond with eastern styled garden orniments. The rest of the grounds are situated towards the side of The Grosvenor suite. This area has a woodern bridge built over a large llily pond with living swans.  There is also a pagoda with a seating area.   I chose to take the main Photography Group shots in the grounds near the bridge and large pond.  I took the Bridal couples photographs at the Oriental garden so that their would be a variation in backdrops. Firstly I started at the waterfall. I then took some photographs around the water feature and surrounding area.  There is also a spiral staircase which made for a beautiful shot. Finally I photographed the couple in front of the grande mirror inside the hotel. The photographs came out fab. see for yourselves below.

The above shot of the Bride looking out of the window before she leaves to get married is one of my favourite. I try to do this pose with every bride during the bridal preparations.  The pose shows off the brides figure. The window light picks up all the highlights and shadows. The window light enphasizes the detail on her dress.

Wedding ceremony was at a Church in Wrexham.

The church had beautiful beams of light coming through the window. I took the bride and groom back into the church after the wedding ceremony and took some photographs of them there.
