Frodsham Hill

The Best western Forest Hills hotel is based on Overton Hill in Frodsham, Cheshire. The Hill itself is a wooded hill leading up from Frodsham town centre. It forms the northern end of the Mid-Cheshire Ridge, a range of sandstone hills that extends southwards to Delamere Forest. The views on top of the hill are of the Mersey Estuary and The Cheshire Plains.

Alfresco Weddings

The Forest Hills hotel is based a little further back , but still on the very top of the hill. The hotels selling point for weddings is that you can get married Alfresco on top of the hilltop. There are also other rooms inside the hotel that can be used for wedding ceremonies as well in case of unfortunate weather. Wedding Chairs are set out facing the Hilltop and a decorative Arch is placed where the Bride and Groom would be standing. All would be adorned with beautiful flowers.

Outdoor Photographs

Weather you get married inside the hotel or on the hilltop, there are outside spaces for your group shots. These Photos above were again taken on the hilltop at the back of the Overton Suite.

There is also a space out the front of the hotel just past the car park. There is a hilly section and some trees and a horses field behind, so very rural looking.

Sunsets and Views

What I love the best about Forest Hills Hotel for Great weddings is the view on the hill. It is such a stunning backdrop. The feeling of being so high up and being able to see for miles. This is why the Hilltop is also a great place for Romantic wedding Photos. Along with the serene panorama you are often blessed with a beautiful golden hour and vivid sunsets.
