Smoke Bomb Pre-wedding Shoot

smoke-bomb-pre-wedding-shoot. I absolutely love the smoke bomb trend that is big in wedding photography at the moment. They give a real Alternative feel to an image and that’s what I like. I couldn’t wait until I could use them in my pre-wedding shoots. You can get all different colour smoke bombs as well as white and grey.  Colourful smoke plumes add excitement and can give your wedding and your pre-wedding photographs a moody edge. So if you are having a colourful wedding or a festival style wedding then this may be an excellent idea to excite your guests. This was Helen and Gary’s smoke bomb Pre-wedding shoot taken at the Best Western Forest Hills Hotel in Frodsham, Cheshire. We started the shoot late afternoon, just before the sun started to go down. This enhanced the photographs as the sun backlit the smoke. For other photographers out there wondering how we got these shots we used the sun as a back light and in some photographs we use natural lighting only, we also used on camera high speed sync flash, and in others used an off camera flash to the side.
