Tyn Dwr Hall Exclusive use wedding venue. Situated in Llangollen and hidden in the Welsh Countryside this private and exclusive wedding venue provides beautiful grounds, stunning panoramic views and a building with lots of character and charm.
The Grounds
I was so excited about this venue as a photographer as there are so many backdrops, both inside and outside for wedding photographs. there is the Welsh mountains, a quaint bridge that leads to a rustic cottage. A stream with a small waterfall surrounded by lots of trees. A small woodland area is at the entrance and the building itself makes a nice backdrop. Alfresco ceremony is also possible here.
The Ballroom
Inside the building I don’t think I have seen so many Chandeliers. There are lots of small rooms to lounge with comfy sofa’s and cosy fireplaces. The Ballroom is where the ceremony takes place. The room is light and airy with beautiful chandeliers, and is decorated in a contemporary style. There is room for up to 120 guests. After the ceremony has taken place you can ring in your marriage at the bell tower.
The Garden Room
The Garden room is a modern building that is connected to the Ballroom. This room has a part glass room and walls, providing views of the Welsh countryside and lots of natural light. This room is spacious and was decorated beautifully. The Garden room also has a terrace, so for summer entertaining its ideal and for Winter they have a cosy fire pit and marsh mellow toasting.
Evening
Of an Evening you can use the Ballroom or the Garden room for your party, so there is plenty of room. The Terrace is also accessible. The Building it lit up vibrantly of purples and magenta of an evening, so very modern. This venue has truly thought of everything.
The Front Entrance is where confetti is thrown. Biodegradable of course.
Views of Welsh Countryside.
There is a path that takes you around the country house. Starting at the woodlands, walking around to the cottage, then along the stream, past the waterfall, over another quaint bridge and back again.
In front of the cottage is a rustic love swing, which makes for such nice photographs. Most brides request this shot.
Beautiful Autumnal colours at Tyn Dwr Hall. The grounds are kept immaculate all year round.
The Garden room with views of Welsh countryside
The dressing Room for the bridal Preparations is spacious, so enough room for you and bridesmaids. There are a few mirrors, a wardrobe, lots of natural light, which is great for hair and make-up.
Amazing Photos can be taken inside the venue as well. There are lots of interesting rooms and again amples of elegant chandeliers.
This is the terrace lit up of an evening. The lighting is modern and romantic and puts people in the mood for partying.
